Consultations on European programmes; elaboration and implementation of European projects and cooperation initiatives.

Implemented projects within the European Rural Development Programme:

·          Project № 431-2-03-07/2008 “Skills acquisition and animation with a view to preparing and implementing a local development strategy (LDS) and establishment of a local action group (LAG) for the municipalities of Bratsigovo and Krichim”; (ended May 2010)

·          Project № 431-2-03-10/2009 “Skills acquisition and animation with a view to preparing and implementing a local development strategy (LDS) and establishment of a local action group (LAG) for the Lyubimets municipality”; (ended March 2011);

·          Project № 431-2-03-14/2009 “Skills acquisition and animation with a view to preparing and implementing a local development strategy (LDS) and establishment of a local action group (LAG) for the Sadovo municipality”; (end August 2011)

 

The projects are financed from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development: “Europe Investing in Rural Areas”;

International cooperation:

·          Exchange of best practices on public private partnership between Bulgaria - municipality of the town of Lyubimets and Italy- Castelnuovo di Garfagnana, Toskana (May 2010);

 

Portfolio:

·          Analysis, estimation and adaptation of the General Plan for Regional Development of the town of Sofia with the priorities of the operational Programmes and the European Structural Funds;

·          Analysis, estimation and adaptation of the General Plan for Regional Development of the town of Bratsigovo with the priorities of the operational Programmes and the European Structural Funds;

·          Elaboration of a strategy of KCM Group (corporate business client) to apply for financing from the European Structural Funds;

·          Elaboration of a strategy of “ADI 21” (medium size enterprise) to apply for financing from the European Structural Funds;

·          Elaboration of a strategy of “Rudmetal” (medium to big-size enterprise) to apply for financing from the European Structural Funds;

·          Feasibility studies for small and medium size enterprises, aiming application in the framework of the operational programme “Increasing the Competitiveness of the Bulgarian Enterprises and Economy“;

·          A great number of consultations and training of the administrative staff of municipalities and enterprises on the European Structural Funds, the National Strategic Framework and the operational programmes.
